It seems that we finally have a date for the release of The Last of Us 2 Remastered. The date we are hearing at the moment is January 19th 2024 which is not too long away at all when you think about it.
The news of the release date comes after it was leaked on the 17th of November that The Last of Us Part 2 will be coming to PlayStation 5.

The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered features the full game for the PlayStation 5 console. The remaster sees an impressive amount of technical enhancements that Naughty Dog say make the game, The Last of Us Part 2 the definitive way to play Ellie and Abby's critically acclaimed story.
The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered sees the original PlayStation 4 game enhanced in ways that we have not seen possible before. This includes:
In this mode, you can experience The Last of Us Part 2's deep combat in this new mode. In this mode, you need to survive as long as you can in each run whilst choosing your path through a series of random encounters.
You can play as a host of different unlockable characters, some of them never seen before playable in The Last of Us and each character will also have unique gameplay traits too.
There will be a variety of challenges that feature memorable locations and different foes from throughout The Last of Us Part 2, all of which will feature intense boss battles.
Also in the remaster, there will be new ways to play. You will be able to delve deeper into the game and learn how the original game was created. The remaster will also include the following:
