Thoughts on Xenforo?

What are your thoughts on Xenforo? I remember when Xenforo was first released back in 2012 I believe it was (correct me if I am wrong) and so many admins of forums chose to move over to this software. It looked professional, there was so much you could do with it and it was also affordable. Being someone who wanted something different I too took the plunge and moved over from MyBB to Xenforo and still to this day I use Xenforo now with no complaints however I can't say I am overly excited for Xenforo 2.0 but I will give it a shot.

How long have you been using Xenforo for? Would you ever consider going back to another forum software?

I have been using Xenforo since release off and on and I love it. And the reason why I say off and on is that I get burned out running forums after a while and quit for a while and start over again. But this time I am not going to get rid of my 2 forums I am going to keep them forever even if I quit posting on them.

I switched from SMF, which I swore by, to Xenforo back in November and now I'll never use any other software. It doesn't actually have too steep a learning curve and I'm even beginning to learn how to write addons for it as well.
