Agreed with Spartan, Second one is top!

One the first one IMO it has a bit to much gray and your logo in there offsets way to hard. You want it to float with the picture not stand out.. But that's my opinion.
Keep up the great work tho!

Yeah well I had homework and I wanted to finish this part of my youtube branding. Any tips/colors to make the logo fit better?
EDIT: Not that I want to defend myself, I just didn't have time to think about if the logo fit or not.
