Do you wash your hands regularly?

I can remember the time when the pandemic of coronavirus broke out, a lot of people were taught how to wash their hands on a regular basis and even use hand sanitizers.

Now that the pandemic have been contained, I'm not sure if a lot of people are still observing those protocols.

Do you still wash your hands regularly after the pandemic of coronavirus have been contained?

I was always someone who never liked to feel like my hands were unclean and I was always strict when it came to washing my hands after using the bathroom or even before eating.

I find I am still like that now even after the pandemic but during the pandemic, I did find I was washing my hands too frequently and they did become quite sore so I had to ease down a little, I think it was more worry than anything during the pandemic.
